There is usually parking available, especially on the Fitzroy side, rather than the Carlton side of Nicholson Street. Specifically, there is ticketless 2 & 4 hour parking in Newry Street. Tram Route 96 (or East Brunswick tram) runs directly down Nicholson Street and Stop No.18 is right out the front of the building.
