‘I want to be the best that I can be in life and not let things that happen stand in the way of that. As a Psychologist I want the same thing for my clients’.

I registered as a Probationary Psychologist in Victoria in 1999 and carried out several practicum/internships during my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. One of these was at a psychology practice called Caraniche beginning in December 1998. Caraniche employed me in June 2000, initially as a Research Assistant and later in a role providing a broad range of clinical services such as counselling, psychological assessment and supervision as well as a suite of organisational support services such as training, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), critical incident stress debriefing, organisational consultancy and mediation.
In 2003 I was appointed Clinical Services Coordinator where I continued to provide a broad range of psychological services as well as assuming more operational responsibility. I became more involved with incoming referrals, including the allocation of clients to Psychologists, supporting the clinical staff and costing complex work. The role became more complex over time, including becoming Relationships Manager with key organisational clients.
I commenced private practice in July 2007.
